Hi, I’m Rebecca, and my passion for Energy Healing and Kinesiology began over 20 years ago while working as a Real Estate Agent in Melbourne’s inner suburbs. In search of ways to manage the stress of a demanding career, I discovered Kinesiology—and after just one session, I felt as if years of stress and anxiety had lifted. I was amazed by how precisely my Kinesiologist identified the root causes of imbalance in my body and life. The experience was life-changing, resonating deeply with me and inspiring me to study Kinesiology further.
After exploring the many branches of Kinesiology, I established my own practice 13 years ago in Mornington, VIC, helping others experience the same profound transformation.
My Life & Inspiration
I’m a mum to three teenagers, balancing family life with my work at Live Balance Grow in Mornington. As an animal lover, I adore my black German Shepherd, who kept me company during sessions when I worked from home. Nature is my sanctuary, and my family and I love camping, hiking, and exploring Australia’s Outback, where I gather unique artefacts and natural treasures to bring into my healing space.

My love for essential oils and Australian Essences led me to create a signature range of Vibrational Mists & Essences, designed to work in harmony with your energy. These are available at my store in Mornington and online.
